Ashampoo Burning Studio 15 is a capable disc burning suite which also finds room for some unexpected and interesting features.

What's new? Ashampoo Burning Studio 15 now supports M-Discs, an optical disc technology which in theory could remain readable for 1,000+ years.
New audio features include support for recording from Windows audio devices (useful when adding a narration to a slideshow). There are optional sound effects for videos and slideshows, and the program now supports OPUS audio files.
An Autosave option automatically saves your projects at regular intervals, protecting you from disaster. (It's disabled by default, though - click Settings > General Options > Enable Autosave to turn it on.)
Practical improvements include 10% faster video encoding, and there are plenty of new skins, styles and templates to explore.

Verdict:

Ashampoo Burning Studio 15 is fast and easy to use, yet still manages to include plenty of powerful features. If you're tired of the more bloated competition but don't want to compromise on functionality then Burning Studio 15 could be the ideal choice.
